David Whitehouse is a Washington, DC metro–based consulting and digital transformation leader with a 20-year track record of leading complex client delivery, expanding practices, and contributing as a visible thought leader and speaker. David’s core strength is bridging strategy and execution—designing digital strategies and then overseeing the successful implementation of the operating model, product, and technology required to deliver results. He excels at integrating business strategy, experience design, product management, and engineering to ensure programs are both innovative and operationally durable. He is currently a Senior Vice President at Coupa, where he helps organizations translate digital strategy into measurable business and customer outcomes.

David holds an MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Villanova University, and has earned numerous professional certifications through Harvard Business School Online, MIT, and Scaled Agile. He previously held senior leadership roles at Salesforce and Publicis Sapient, and earlier in his career served in global client delivery leadership positions at Big 4 firms. David is energized by missions that require cross-sector collaboration and scalable execution, and he brings practical expertise in modernizing digital capabilities, organizational and operational design, and delivery discipline to help organizations increase reach and impact.
