Allison Hannel
Chief Operating Officer
Allison Hannel serves as Chief Operations Officer of Keep America Beautiful, where she leads operations, finance, human resources, board support, and major organizational events while partnering with the CEO and executive leadership team to advance organizational strategy. Since joining KAB in 2023, Allison has helped strengthen the organization’s financial and operational position, transform the national Keep America Beautiful Summit, lead a comprehensive brand refresh, and develop new approaches to public engagement and national campaign execution.
Prior to KAB, Allison spent nearly two decades in corporate social responsibility, marketing, and business leadership, primarily at AT&T. Her work included leading AT&T’s employee giving program, which raised more than $100 million for 25,000 nonprofits, and launching The Achievery, a free digital learning platform for K–12 students. Allison also served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she competed as an NCAA Division I volleyball student-athlete.
