Kurt Uhlendorf
Western Regional Director
Kurt Uhlendorf is the Western Regional Director at Keep America Beautiful, where he works alongside affiliates to build local capacity, deepen community engagement, and drive lasting environmental impact. With a decade of experience across the nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors, Kurt brings expertise in strategic partnership development, cross-sector collaboration, and program management to support the organization’s mission.
Before joining KAB, Kurt served as a Key Client Manager at PYXERA Global, where he led global pro bono initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. His work focused on program design, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable results through skills-based volunteering initiatives. He has also held roles with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency, and previously owned an experiential marketing firm in New York City. As a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana and Thailand, Kurt facilitated community-led agriculture and development projects, bringing grassroots experience to every leadership role he takes on.
