Nick Herman is honored to serve the mission of Keep America Beautiful, where he leads the organization’s fundraising, partnerships, and revenue growth strategies to advance its mission of building cleaner, greener, and more beautiful communities.
Nick brings two decades of experience leading growth and philanthropy for mission-driven organizations, and throughout his career, has helped nonprofits and higher education institutions strengthen fundraising programs, build high-performing teams, and develop innovative strategies that have generated more than $250 million in philanthropic support. Before joining Keep America Beautiful, Nick held executive leadership roles at American Farmland Trust and Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where he partnered with organizations to accelerate revenue growth and deepen stakeholder engagement.
He is a graduate of UNC Charlotte, and now lives with his wife on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
